Wild Goose provides outdoor workshops for adults, aimed at reducing stress and promoting relaxation.
Based in Otley, using ecotherapy, forest school principles, and animal assisted activities we promote positive mental health.
Regular sessions include natural art, campfire cooking, meditation, outdoor yoga and walking groups.
Our monthly group, Campfire Conversations brings together people with anxiety or stress to meet other people, share stories and ways of coping, over cups of cocoa and a campfire.
