Sometimes a commune, sometimes an intentional community and sometimes just housemates, eating together and running the houses together. Our two big old houses with big gardens in Chapeltown keep us very busy.

Space for 15 members, plus sometimes short and long-term visitors. Large cellars host bikes, workshops, brewing, a garden nursery and Footprint Workers Co-op (printers).

We want our members to be socially active, and we’re often involved in local and national projects of all kinds with an emphasis on consensus and non-hierarchy.
