Behno Group (Sisters) is a women group in Hyde Park/Burley Area. We welcome all women from all backgrounds. Green Action Co-operative

Green action is a society in the student union open to everyone, not just students. We are a co-operative group that runs a small volunteer whole food store downstairs in the students union. We have 2 allotment plots on woodhouse moor and facilitate students to campaign for environmental and humanitarian justice.

Our mission is to teach people in the Kirkstall area about growing their own fruit and veg, healthier diets and lifestyles and the importance of being outdoors by providing them with growing spaces and the support and guidance they need to achieve all these.

Leeds No Borders is a grassroots campaign & support group fighting racist immigration controls. We believe that everyone should have the right to freedom of movement and call for an end to deportations and detention. We organise numerous campaigns and demonstrations including monthly protests outside Waterside Home Office reporting centre, monthly socials, film nights, anti-racist reading/discussion group & a letter writing group to people in detention & prison. Also offer signing support project & support individual anti-deportation campaings.

For people interested in learning about & using permaculture in Leeds to transform our local environment & living spaces. We are an open network with no joining fee or official membership, and everyone is welcome.

#notwestminster is a network for everyone who has something positive to say about local democracy and for anyone who is up for a challenge. We host an annual event for local democracy advocates and we run Local Democracy Maker Days where we work together to build and test new ways of doing democracy, with digital.

A community to ReachOUT to those who have had to flee their home countries because of the fear of physical or structural violence and discrimination directed towards them because of their sexual orientation and/or gender identity. ReachOUT is also for organisations, agencies and friends of the LGBT+ or refugee services community who seek to further their understanding of the issues faced by this group.
